Leoel operates through a dual structure that combines the innovation of a Venture Studio with the stability and scale of a Holdings Company.

The Venture Studio

The Venture Studio serves as the Research and Development engine of Leoel Holdings. Its mandate is to continuously identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, validate business concepts, and incubate and launch new ventures that address unmet needs within African markets.

The Holdings Company

The Holdings Company serves as the strategic and operational backbone of the group. Once ventures are validated and established, they become part of the Leoel Holdings portfolio, where they receive the governance, resources, and strategic support required for sustainable growth and scale.
